Allegri’s incredible Miserere, in a landmark, world-class performance from Pro Cantione Antiqua and director Mark Brown. Composed for the Sistine Chapel during Holy week, and made even more famous after it was transcribed by a young Mozart, the Miserere is one of the most beautiful works in the repertoire.
